Our Policy

1)  Date are not guaranteed or held without a contract and the 50% deposit.

 

2)  50% deposit is NON – REFUNDABLE once received to secure the date.

 

3)  Rates quoted through a contract or email are effective within 7 days of initial contract / email date.

 

4)  Our makeup artists reserve the right to cancel services if the client makes significant changes to amount of services, start / end time or location.
 
5)  Brides and the bridal party have to be on time for their own schedules on the wedding day.

 

6)  Hotel or venue parking fees will be charged to the contract or hotel room, it will be charge on the day of the event, if the parking fee is required.

 

7)  We will not ask for payment on the day of your wedding date which we believe the bride shouldn’t have to think about money on her big day. The final balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding day.
 
8)The hair extension and touch up kit  are required security deposit, and must be return within 3 days after your wedding.
