WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in 5546 N. Rosemead Blvd. #203, Temple City , California.

TRAVEL?

We provide our services to surrounding Los Angeles County, Orange County & Ventura County with a traveling fee.

We encourage you to get ready at our Temple City Studio where we have the perfect studio lighting and all our equipment for the best result. If you choose an on-site service, a travel fee will apply for locations outside of Temple City, the cost will vary depending on location. If an additional artist is needed for a lager bridal party, travel fees may apply for them as well. Early call times and travel beyond 60 miles may require accommodations to be booked to ensure that we are able to arrive at the requested time. All parking or valet charges are paid for by the client. 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

Packages for destination weddings are available upon request. Airfare, accommodations, transportation and travel will apply.  Please provide as much as information as you can to inquire.

TRIAL/CONSULTATION?

Trials are mandatory because we want to create the best look and outcome for your big day.  A trial is a good time for us to meet and try out the styles you have in mind for your wedding day.  You can prepare your trial by gathering hair and makeup inspiration, or create a Pinterest board and share it with us. Visuals are very helpful for us to get an idea of what you like. 

WHEN TO SCHEDULE THE TRIAL?

We suggest scheduling the trial 3-4 months before your wedding day. You may only schedule the trial from Tuesdays to Thursdays during our business hour from 10:00 am to last appointment 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm. 

HOW LONG WILL THE TRIAL LAST?

Please allow 2 1/2 to 3  hours for your trial with an option of 1 or 2 looks. Our  goal is to create the perfect look that you have envisioned for your wedding day and the trial isn’t over until we have done so.

CAN I SCHEDULE MY TRIAL ON THE DAY OF MY ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

Yes, you may, but we don’t recommend this. For your trial we work on creating the perfect look for your wedding day, and you may not want to reveal the bridal look before your big day. There is an additional fee of $80 if you would like to schedule an engagement schedule on the same day as your trial. We will create a look according to your wardrobe and location. 

HOW LONG WILL HAIR AND MAKEUP TAKE ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Please allow 2 1/2 hours for the bride. For each additional bridal party’s hair and makeup service, please allow 1 hour and 15 minutes on the day of the wedding. 

ADDITIONAL ARTIST?

If the bridal party requires more services than I can provide in the given time frame, we will add additional artists to ensure that everyone is ready on time. Please provide us with your final head count, so we can let you know how many artists will be there.

HOW TO BOOK?

Please fill out the contact form with details of your event. Once we receive your inquiry and you are ready to move forward to lock your own spots.  We will prepare a contract for you and let you know how to process the 50% deposit. After the contract is signed and we receive your deposit the date is reserved for you! 

PAYMENT?

We require a 50% deposit for all services booked to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due the day of the wedding.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel your wedding appointment for any reason by sending a written request via email or certified mail. There will be no refund of the deposit.
